I learned that in life, you must expect the worst from the people you love.
Save yourself from all the drama by lowering your expectations. You can’t expect anyone to be perfect. They’re just human. They make mistakes, and although those mistakes inevitably breaks our heart, it’s not their fault they have this unexplainable influence over us.
This is what I tell myself all the time. It never worked.
